When focused on the things below through the power of distraction first and foremost, with the energy taken from the person secondly, that in itself weakens the things above.
The things below should not come before those things above or ahead.
Outward focused not inward.
Focus first on the above. Work to strengthen that first so whatever follows, that which is below, cannot be destroyed or weakened. Even if it tries to be better, to weaken something that was and is strong in the first place than something already weak would cause it to just break and fail before it even has a chance to stand.
First establish a foundation for eveything else to stand on. If that which is it is on breaks, at least the foundation is still there to build back up on.
